Snowflake/Taylor - Director
I am a fifth generation White Mountain native who really loves and appreciates everything this area has to offer. I worked over 16 years as a marble contractor in both new construction as well as remodels. This experience helps me give valuable insight to both buyers and sellers as they evaluate a property to buy or prepare one to sell. I have been involved in Real Estate now for almost 5 years. I love helping people find solutions to their Real Estate needs and working out all the details to help make it happen. I like to stay active in community affairs. I have served as a 4-H leader for over 17 years. I have also been involved in cattle ranching for most of my life and working the ranch with my brother and family. I'm fluent in Spanish and have been able to use that in both Real Estate and other business ventures. I am married to Mindy Flake, and we are the proud parents of 5 beautiful children, and one really-cute granddaughter.

Hello Fellow Association Members,
My name is Linda Cedarblade, Designated Broker of Cedar Ridge Real Estate, I have been selling Real Estate in the White Mountains since 2004, initially starting in new homes and development and then merging into resale, commercial and land.
Originally from California, retiring from the Aerospace Industry to find myself in one of the most beautiful places in the world. I often hear from my clients tell me, how lucky I am to live up here full time, I can’t agree with them more.
My husband and I have two grown children. One who lives here in Show Low who has spent the last 8 years in Alaska and the other currently lives in Guam.
I joined the White Mountain Board of Directors because I wanted to know what they did and how they did it. There are so many moving parts to our local association, they offer so much, aside from the time and dedication that is involved.
Currently I am one of the At-Large Director’s and honored to be part of our Association. I just completed my one-year term as the Region 3 Small Firm Representative of the Arizona Association of Realtors Board.
