Board of Directors

The White Mountain Association of Realtors® Board of Directors is dedicated to guiding our organization with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. Our Board is composed of experienced and passionate leaders who are committed to advancing our mission and serving our members. The President presides over all Board meetings and general membership meetings. They act as the official spokesperson for the Association, representing our interests in community activities, National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR). The President collaborates closely with the Association Executive and Board to develop policies, analyze challenges, and drive the strategic direction of the organization.

The President-Elect supports the President and steps in as needed. They lead specific committees, contribute to strategic planning, and represent the Association at various events and meetings. Preparing to assume the role of President, the President-Elect ensures continuity and prepares to initiate new programs aligned with our mission. The First Vice-President is third in command and steps in for the President-Elect as needed. They assist in executing the Association’s functions, contribute to strategic planning, and engage in outreach efforts. The First Vice-President also oversees specific programs and activities, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives. The Treasurer manages the financial health of the Association. They oversee funds, develop budgets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and recommend sound financial strategies. The Treasurer works closely with the Association Executive and CPA to maintain financial stability and compliance with all legal and financial obligations. Directors provide strategic oversight and governance to the Association. They participate in Board meetings, contribute to policy development, and support various initiatives and programs. Directors bring diverse expertise and perspectives, ensuring that the Association’s activities are aligned with our mission and goals.

The Past President chairs the Election Committee and oversees election procedures. They mentor current leaders, ensuring continuity and sharing valuable insights from their tenure. The Past President engages in community outreach, conducts leadership training, and supports the Association’s strategic initiatives.
