WMAR Membership and MLS Subscription Applications

  • You agree to familiarize yourself with the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® including the duty to
    arbitrate business disputes in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual of this Association and the Bylaws,
    Policy Statements and MLS Rules & Regulations of the White Mountain Association of REALTORS®, the Arizona Association
    of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®
  • As a condition of membership, you are required to complete the in-person WMAR New Member Orientation/CE class
    within 60 days of the application date. Failure to attend will result in the termination of your membership and forfeiture of
    all dues and fees paid.
  • A copy of your most recent Code of Ethics CERTIFICATE is required. And must have been completed within the
    last 3 years. Note: If you are newly licensed, you may submit your certificate after application processing, but
    before you attend your New Member Orientation.
  • A copy of your most recent Arizona Real Estate License CERTIFICATE is required. You may obtain one at https://services.azre.gov/PdbWeb/ by logging into your profile.
  • A copy of your valid Photo ID – both front and back.

  • New REALTOR®  - Newly licensed and not (and never have been) active with any other REALTOR® association.
  • Do not pay your NAR or AAR dues with another Association.
  • As a condition of membership, you are required to complete the in-person WMAR New Member Orientation/CE class
    within 60 days of the application date.

If your firm/office is a member of the Association, please select the office you are assigned to from the selections which appear as you type in the office name.

If your firm is not a member, then your Broker/Designated REALTOR® will first need to complete an Office/Broker application to have the office added to the data base.

Complete the Secondary Member application if you are:

  •  Returning as a member after a period of inactivity;
  • Are a primary member of another Arizona or out of state REALTOR® association.
  • As a condition of membership, you are required to complete the in-person WMAR New Member Orientation/CE class
    within 60 days of the application date.
  • Include a “Letter of Good Standing” from your Primary Association dated within the past 30 days.

If your firm/office is a member of the Association, please select the office you are assigned to from the selections which appear as you type in the office name.

If your firm is not a member, then your Broker/Designated REALTOR® will first need to complete an Office/Broker application to have the office added to the data base.

Complete the Office/Broker Primary Membership Application if you are:

  • Newly licensed Office/Designated Broker and not (and never have been) active with any other REALTOR® association.
  • Do not pay your NAR or AAR dues with another Association.
  • As a condition of membership, you are required to complete the in-person WMAR New Member Orientation/CE class
    within 60 days of the application date.

Complete the Office/Broker Secondary Application if you are:

  • A licensed Designated Broker who has primary membership with another association and would like to set up their office with the White Mountain Association of REALTORS®.
  • As a condition of membership, you are required to complete the in-person WMAR New Member Orientation/CE class
    within 60 days of the application date.
  • Include a “Letter of Good Standing” from your Primary Association dated within the past 30 days.

Complete the Branch Office Application if you are:

  • A Primary or Secondary Designated Broker needing to add a additional Branch office.
  • Have sales agents requesting to join who hang licenses in unregistered office.
  • Include a “Letter of Good Standing” from your Primary Association dated within the past 30 days.

Non-Member MLS Only Subscription

  • A copy of your most recent Code of Ethics CERTIFICATE is required. And must have been completed within the
    last 3 years. Note: If you are newly licensed, you may submit your certificate after application processing, but
