WMAR Member Forms
Members can use this form if changes need to be made on a listing that the listing agent does not have permissions to make themselves.
Members can use this form when they have an address, phone number or other personal information changes they they are unable to edit themselves in their member profile.
A Statistical Purposes Form can be used when an agent has been a representing party to a Real Estate sales transaction that was not originally entered into the MLS. A copy of the Final Settlement Statement is required.
Member/Office Transfer Forms
When transferring from one office to another office (with the SAME
Broker) OR transferring from one brokerage to another brokerage
(different Brokers) please submit the appropriate form.
You will need a Member Transfer form.
*We will need a copy of your Real Estate License showing the new brokerage you are now with.
You will need a listing transfer for each listing that you will be taking with you to your new Brokerage.
If transfering offices within the same brokerage, your Broker may complete the Office to Office listing transfer form.
